Mr. Prado has 22 years of experience in labor counseling, integrating the vision of public service in the Ministry of Labor, with the perspective of 17 years as an advisor to private enterprise, 9 years as a teacher in the labor law department of the Universidad Católica Redemptoris Máter (UNICA) and serving as managing partner of the labor practice at ACZALAW NICARAGUA.
He has extensive experience in the review and/or drafting of internal regulations, individual employment contracts, at management and collaborator level, special and professional services contracts, as well as the negotiation of individual and collective contracts.
Extensive experience in labor trials and conciliations at all levels. Experience in negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and negociación con union organizations.
Due Diligence of compliance with labor legislation in mergers and/or acquisitions or to prevent contingencies against the company.

Jorge has been legal advisor to the General Directorate of Labor Inspection of the Ministry of Labor for a period of four years, being involved in all aspects of the regulatory function of the institution in labor legislation, which, added to 17 years as a labor lawyer for companies, has created a mastery of the subject, in practical, procedural and doctrinal matters.
From his position as legal advisor to the General Directorate of Labor Inspection, he has participated in compliance audits for several companies, including CEMEX, CASTLEWALK, Plásticos Modernos and INCAE.
