Ms. Miriam Espinoza, lawyer and notary public, has acquired extensive experience and has specialized in the coordination of the Firm’s paperwork and administrative procedures before different State institutions, knowing in depth, each of their operations, dynamics and work procedures, such as General Directorate of Revenue, Municipal Mayors, Social Security, Public Registries of Real Estate and Commercial Property, Cadastre, Foreign Ministry, Supreme Court, General Directorate of Customs, among others.

 

His tenacity, relational skills and empathy allow him to facilitate and expedite the procedures that clients need for their daily operations, being a very valuable asset for the Firm's services and the solution to clients' needs. 

 

Miriam is the first in line to unlock clients problems before institutions and is also in charge in the processes of legal audits and investigating the information of the status of companies before institutions. 

 

An important role she plays is to support companies in their day-to-day operation: Minutes, Powers of Attorney, Notarial Certifications, Shareholders Registry, Final Beneficiary Registry, registrations and registry certifications, among others. 

Miriam, has been part of Aczalaw's corporate team since 2012, exercising her work with professionalism, ethics and responsibility, which is reflected in her solid legal training that allows her to understand the organization of Nicaraguan societies, the legal norms that regulate public administration, the history of Nicaraguan law and its legal institutions. In addition, he/she is capable of applying all this knowledge to satisfy the needs of his/her environment and assume a critical and creative attitude within the framework of the rule of law, with social responsibility and professional ethics.

  • February 2010-September 2011: Legal Assistant at Barberena & Asociados law firm.  

  • 2005-2009: Legal Advisor CPDH (permanent commission of human rights of Nicaragua).
