Enrique Gutierrez is the trial lawyer of ACZALAW since its foundation in 2002.

 

Graduated as a lawyer and notary public in 1996, he has almost thirty years of experience as a lawyer specialized in litigation and business consulting, specializing in the practice of civil procedural law.

 

Enrique has developed judicial processes in the defense of the interests of companies and individuals, in the role of plaintiff or defense counsel, depending on the needs of his client. He has coordinated legal proceedings for companies of different economic activities, such as real estate and real property, commerce and distribution, food and beverages, industry. He has also acted in the defense of Intellectual Property rights at the judicial level and before the Administrative Litigation obtaining favorable results for our clients.

 

He has specialized in the promotion of actions related to compliance and enforcement of contracts, judicial collection, property rights. He has also acted in criminal cases, generally related to the economic activity and operation of clients.

His academic background includes:
  • School of Legal Sciences Universidad Centroamericana UCA, Licentiate in Law, 1996.
  • Admitted as Attorney at Law and Notary Public before the Supreme Court of Justice of the Republic of Nicaragua, 1998.
  • Postgraduate courses and diploma courses in Banking Law, Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, Civil Law and Civil Procedure,
    Contentious-Administrative, Labor and Labor Litigation; Commercial.
