Mr. Santos graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Honduras.

He is a diplomate in National Defense and Strategic Studies from the Honduran Armed Forces’ War College. Mr. Santos brings with him considerable knowledge in War Resource Management and did post-graduate work at the US Navy’s Naval Post-Graduate School in Monterey, CA.

Mr. Santos counsels education companies in Human Resource matters. He specializes in Labor Law, Employee Relations, and acted as Counsel to the Honduran Government on Labor Matters. Mr. Santos has also served as counsel to Honduras’ Secretary of Labor as well as Inspector for Honduras’ Social Security Administration.
